The Vanguard Group oversees the daily operational tasks of the fund and investment Global Fund Accounting Operations team, monitoring controls and procedures to ensure policy adherence and serving as an escalation point for technical issues.

In Vanguard's hybrid work environment, collaboration with portfolio managers and traders is essential to resolve complex operational issues and drive process enhancements across workflows.

Qualifications

• Three years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• CFA or other financial designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the daily operational tasks of fund and investment Global Fund Accounting Operations team.
• Monitor various controls and procedures to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Serves as an escalation point to resolve technical issues.
• Working with key stakeholders, acts as subject matter and technical expert, identifies and resolves complex operational issues.
• Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations.
• Supports portfolio managers to ensure operational objectives are met.

Formation

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

Accounting or Finance degree preferred

CFA or other financial designation preferred
