Vanguard in Dublin seeks an experienced fund financial reporting professional to oversee detailed reporting for complex funds and ensure accuracy of regulatory disclosures.

You will validate data from third-party providers, manage control improvements, and support certification processes while collaborating across teams in a hybrid work environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with auditors and ongoing updates to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of related work experience in financial services or financial reporting.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; Finance or Accounting preferred.
• CPA, CA or other financial designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs analytical review of reports for medium complexity funds for accuracy and validates results.
• Oversees completion of the group’s key deliverables and reviews selected financial reports for accuracy.
• Prepares fund financial statements and reports for shareholder and regulatory reporting; supports escalation and resolution.
• Identifies control gaps and recommends improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• Manages policies and procedures and implements process improvements to mitigate risk.
• Maintains understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and coordinates with service providers and auditors.
• Facilitates fund certification process and supports special projects.
