Job summary

Ergo, Ireland's largest IT Solutions Provider, is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to design and implement scalable web applications using React/Next.js and Node.js. You will work with UI/UX teams to turn wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.

The role requires a strong background in databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching (Redis), and cloud/CD pipelines, with onsite presence required three days per week in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Full-Stack or multi-stack developer.
• Experience with React and Next.js for front-end and Node.js for server-side.
• Experience with modern CSS methodologies (Tailwind, CSS Modules, or Styled Components).
• Understanding of database management (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching (Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Onsite 3 days a week is essential.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and microservices using Node.js.
• Architecting and managing secure, high-performance APIs (REST or Graph).
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Designing and maintaining database schemas (SQL or NoSQL) to support data-driven applications.
• Advocating for front-end best practices, including accessibility (WCAG), modular component design, and state management.
• Supporting the Programme Manager by identifying technical risks and dependencies and providing transparency on technical progress.
