Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a senior Full Stack Developer in Dublin, Ireland. You will design and implement scalable software solutions using Java/JDK 17+, Spring Boot, React, and a microservices architecture.

The role works 3 days per week from the office and collaborates across BA, Tech Lead and QA teams in an Agile/BDD setting. You will build robust RESTful APIs, manage databases and middleware, and ensure security, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Tomcat, Shell Scripting, and JSON.
• Experience with REST API design via Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Cloud exposure: AWS, Azure or PCF; CI/CD with modern stacks.
• Familiar with JUnit/Serenity test frameworks; Linux knowledge.
• Knowledge of monitoring (Splunk) and code quality (Sonar).
• Experience with event-driven patterns (Axon Framework).
• Understanding of high-performance, high-availability architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure software solutions.
• Develop full-stack apps using Java/JDK 17+, Spring Boot, React, and microservices.
• Build databases and apps with SQL (Oracle/Postgres) and NoSQL.
• Create RESTful APIs and Web Services (REST/XML/JSON).
• Architect client/server sides with responsive front-ends.
• Collaborate with BAs, Tech Leads, and QAs in Agile/BDD.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade software for performance and reliability.
• Implement security and data protection settings.
• Produce design docs per internal standards.
• Work with teams to meet deadlines and recommend solutions.
