Job summary

Barry’s in Dublin is seeking a Front Desk Hybrid Team Member to be the welcoming first contact in our studio. You will handle class sign-ins, bookings, Fuel Bar orders, and POS transactions while keeping the reception and common areas tidy.

The role requires excellent customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work 20 hours per week across non-traditional hours. A team-oriented, energetic approach helps you thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 20 hours per week across any 4 days; days variable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; professional appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a best-in-class welcome.
• Process class sign-ins, bookings, and POS payments.
• Assist Fuel Bar orders and maintain areas tidy and stocked.
• Support merchandise purchases and studio operations.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure classes start/finish on time.
