Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing
• Fully conversant with UK statutory reporting requirements
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements and experience in publicly traded environments
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the site
• Partner with operational and functional leaders to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting, fixed assets and cost functions
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing of the general ledger
• Prepare, review, and submit monthly financial reporting through OneStream and other systems
• Support audits and ensure internal controls and SOX compliance where applicable
• Drive working capital performance including cash flow, inventory and payables
• Assist in annual operating plan and Labour & Burden studies
