Job summary

Intel Ireland is seeking an Engineering Module Team Leader to guide a team of Module Engineers in a high-volume manufacturing environment, focusing on safety, yield, and equipment reliability. You will align with factory goals and drive continuous improvement across processes.

You will mentor engineers, manage tool qualification, and support technology transfer and cross-site collaboration to ensure consistent processing and strong performance across manufacturing ramps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical engineering discipline with 4+ years of engineering experience.
• Proven experience in Fab engineering activities, including operational sustaining, tool qualification, and ramp production.
• Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving using statistical methodologies and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily engineering operations with emphasis on safety, quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Oversee process engineering activities, including tool installation, qualification, and sustaining.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production output and reduce costs.
• Mentor and develop the technical skills and leadership of module engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement in process stability and equipment reliability.
• Facilitate technology transfer to other sites through training and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex project execution and ramps.
• Foster an inclusive, positive team environment and clear communication across stakeholders.
