Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 0–1 years hands-on experience, via internships or coursework.
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of manufacturability and reliability principles, including DFX/DFM practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical quality issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Analyze customer quality trends and translate insights into systematic improvements.
• Support design qualification, production ramp, and field returns with technical guidance.
• Align design for manufacturability (DFX/DFM) requirements and address production challenges.
• Communicate customer quality voice to influence Intel's quality systems and product goals.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving to resolve customer technical issues.
