Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in factory capacity planning, layout optimization, or equipment management.
• Data analytics expertise with proficiency in complex modeling and simulation.
• Experience managing inventory and production systems.
• Ability to analyze factory workflows and drive productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory capacity and identify, assess, and develop solutions to mitigate ramp risks.
• Oversee equipment purchases, inventory management, and productivity improvements to meet customer demand.
• Conduct studies on process changes, inventory control, and production record systems; implement plans to improve performance.
• Utilize data analysis, simulation, and modeling techniques to identify capacity constraints and develop solutions.
• Define, monitor, and manage tool performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align capacity plans with dynamic business requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in capacity benchmarking and facility modeling to support long-term flexibility and growth.
