Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an EMEA Project Coordinator for DCS Whitespace to support Small Minor Works teams with compliance, programme control, reporting and EHS. Hybrid role, typically 1–2 days on-site, with strong focus on Excel and Power BI.

You will manage project delivery milestones, prepare financial reports, raise invoices, and liaise with Finance and client teams.

Qualifications

Degree standard education or equivalent.
Experience with MS Excel and Power BI.
Ability to prepare concise reports and lead discussions.
Analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

Review project delivery programmes and ensure milestones are managed.
Review SOPs and docs affecting SMW delivery for compliance.
Raise and manage documentation to enable project delivery and approvals.
Review EHS legislation and ensure compliance.
Prepare reports from process systems for financial reporting.
Prepare presentations to explain initiatives to clients.
Attend meetings with PMs and clients to drive process and reporting.
Prepare and manage critical communications from SMW teams to clients and engineering teams.
Be the go-to person for ad-hoc queries.
Develop relationships with Finance for debt and PO management.
Maintain structured documentation for business cycle compliance.
