CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an EMEA Projects Estimator to join the Data Centre Solutions team. The role involves preparing cost estimates for data centre projects across Europe, contributing to tender analysis, and coordinating pre-contract activities for new builds and live environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven Quantity Surveying/Estimating experience in construction.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the data centre sector.
• Experience with new builds and live environments.
• Degree level, Mechanical and/or Electrical background.

Responsibilities

• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information is available to prepare the tender.
• Take off quantities and prepare/sub-contract enquiries; assess quotations.
• Prepare material supply enquiries and assess quotations; manage tender settlement documents.
• Lead post-tender negotiations and upload tender information to systems.
