Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an EMEA Projects Scheduler for the DCS Whitespace division. The role focuses on creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules to support data centre projects across Dublin, Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon.

You will work with mechanical/electrical construction backgrounds, leveraging MS Project and Primavera P6 to forecast resources, manage risk, and drive milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in project scheduling.
• Experience in project planning/scheduling within the construction sector.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the project schedule with the project team.
• Prepare spend curves and cash-flow forecasts during the life-cycle of the project.
• Regularly review critical path, cost loading, schedule content and milestones.
• Provide schedule analysis and metrics to key stakeholders.
• Monitor and control the project through the lifecycle.
