Job summary

Bio-Techne Ireland Limited is seeking an Event Operations Specialist to support the EMEA events programme, handling logistics coordination, inventory management and supplier support to ensure successful exhibitions, conferences and customer events.

You will develop processes, improve efficiency, and grow in event operations with opportunities to lead projects and work across the wider EMEA events function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, or inventory management.
• Experience documenting processes to improve scalability.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities for EMEA exhibitions, conferences, customer events and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Oversee preparation and fulfilment of event materials and marketing assets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and service providers for events.
• Document and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Support delivery of events across EMEA.
