Job summary

The Expanded Access Program Coordinator at Uniphar Group will oversee the efficient delivery of Expanded Access Programs for Healthcare Professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely responses to inquiries.

This hybrid, Monday/Wed office-based role in Ireland requires fluent English and a European language, ERP experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to project coordination and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Ideally educated to degree level.
• Fluent English and fluency in at least one additional European language are essential.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or D365 is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with Project Management to understand KPIs and deliverables for each program.
• Support for physicians and pharmacists with general inquiries, escalating medical queries as needed.
• Manage qualification process in line with SOPs and GDP for HCPs and hospitals.
• Oversee hospital and wholesaler accounts and coordinate with Quality and Finance for account setup/revalidation.
• Manage HCP registrations and patient enrolment in-country per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure regulatory, quality and supply chain compliance with legal pathways and importation requirements.
• Process sales orders through the ERP system for billing.
• Coordinate logistics with warehouse for picking, packing and shipping; provide shipping documentation.
• Book couriers for collection and delivery and monitor product storage conditions.
• Assist in generating client reports on program metrics and order tracking.
• Invoice product orders and support cost updates for billing.
