Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Proven finance business partnering with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning with stakeholders.
• Analyse performance, identify risks/opportunities and explain variances.
• Support scenario planning and financial modelling for strategic initiatives.
• Advise on contract pricing and client profitability.
• Deliver timely monthly reporting packs with commentary and dashboards.
• Oversee revenue recognition, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and controls.
• Support audits and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Mentor finance team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
