Job summary

IT Search in Ireland is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for a leading international banking organisation, with hybrid working in Dublin 2. You will own the technical product roadmap for Deposits and Core Banking platforms and collaborate with business, technology and vendor stakeholders.

You will translate regulatory and operational requirements into technical deliverables, drive Agile delivery, and mentor a technology delivery team, ensuring alignment with risk and compliance standards

Qualifications

Senior technical product ownership experience in banking technology.
Strong understanding of core banking systems and deposits.
Experience managing technical backlogs and complex change.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of Agile delivery and software development processes.
Experience leading technical teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the technical product roadmap and backlog for deposits and core banking platforms.
Translate business, regulatory and operational requirements into technical deliverables.
Lead Agile product delivery, including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and acceptance.
Oversee enhancements and ongoing development of the Core Banking platform.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, risk and compliance.
Manage technology vendors and cross-platform dependencies.
Lead and mentor a technology delivery team.
