Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking a Senior M&E Cost Manager to lead mechanical and electrical cost management within Construction Advisory. You will manage projects from inception to completion, with mentorship for junior staff and collaboration with senior practice personnel.

Based in Dublin with a hybrid work model, the role offers progression within a market-leading firm and exposure to healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors, backed by a strong learning culture.

Qualifications

• Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, or relevant M&E discipline.
• Professionally Qualified – Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with RICS, CIOB or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying for M&E works from inception to completion.
• Work with an Associate or Director to manage and deliver multiple projects, typically €1m–€50m+ in value.
• Provide procurement, cost, value and risk advice to clients and design teams.
