Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager for the Mission Critical Team within Construction Advisory in Dublin. Hybrid working model with a Manager grade and permanent contract.

The role involves leading end-to-end MEP delivery, managing schedules, budgets, and risk, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on high-value data centre projects. Strong leadership and contractual expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in construction/engineering with technical discipline relevant to mission-critical environments.
• Chartered status ideal but not essential; working toward chartership is acceptable.
• Experience with hyperscale/data centre projects and international contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&E works for mission-critical projects (design to handover).
• Develop schedules, manage budgets, risk, and change control; ensure client governance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and interfaces using BIM/CDE workflows.
• Own commercial performance: validate estimates and manage contracts.
• Drive procurement strategies; supervise meetings and prepare concise reports.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development in Mission Critical practice.
