Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Scrum Lead to drive Agile delivery across multiple teams, including offshore or distributed ones. You will lead complex workstreams, coach teams on Agile values, and partner with the Product Owner on releases and backlog readiness.

You'll track velocity, enable CI/CD and modern engineering practices, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders. This permanent hybrid role starts ASAP and offers a competitive salary of €50k-€60k.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a corporate IT environment.
• 1+ years as a Scrum Lead or Scrum Master on cloud/DevOps programmes.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe and Kanban frameworks, supporting multiple teams.
• Hands-on use of Jira or Azure DevOps; strong risk assessment and escalation ability.
• Relevant Agile certifications (PSM/CSM/SAFe Scrum Master) welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Scrum teams, including offshore or distributed teams.
• Coach teams on Agile values and practices to improve transparency.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on release planning and backlog readiness.
• Manage dependencies between teams and escalate blockers as needed.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown.
• Encourage modern engineering practices such as CI/CD and test automation.
