Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is partnering with a leading global financial services firm to recruit a Scrum Master in Dublin. The role is permanent with a hybrid work setup and a salary of €60k-€80k, starting ASAP.

The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support delivery, work with Product Owners to keep the backlog ready, remove blockers, and provide clear progress visibility to stakeholders while promoting continuous improvement and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Scrum Master or similar delivery-focused role.
• A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities
