• Experience with document management systems (Sharepoint, GoogleDrive, Dropbox or DocuWare)
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy of documents
• Able to be concise, resilient and adaptive
• Irish work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Organise, store, retrieve and share documentation using the document management system
• Implement and control document procedures in line with programme requirements
• Ensure document control processes are followed by the project team
• Prepare for and support document audits
• Track status of project documents
• Identify and resolve document control issues
