Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is hiring a Document Controller to join the Dublin team. You will own document control from pre-construction through handover, coordinating drawings, submittals, QA docs, and closeout records to ensure approved information reaches the client.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, assertive, and comfortable driving documentation with site teams. Join Circet to work within a growing telecoms and energy infra group, leveraging BIM 360, ACC, EDMS and Google Workspace to maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Document Control role.
• Experience on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or Oil & Gas projects preferred.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• German language skills are an advantage.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Assertive communicator, comfortable chasing documentation daily.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict document and drawing version control.
• Ensure superseded drawings are withdrawn from site.
• Upload QA and commissioning checklists to BIM 360 / ACC.
• Manage high-volume Fibre and Copper test results (OTDR / OLTS).
• Enforce weekly redline and as-built mark-up process with site teams.
• Record and distribute weekly progress meeting minutes and track actions.
