Job summary

Flogas Ireland is seeking a Credit Control Agent to manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial customer accounts, reduce outstanding debt, and deliver excellent service within the LPG division. Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and reducing outstanding debt in line with targets and KPIs.
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and following up on overdue balances.
• Ensuring Credit Policy and internal procedures are adhered to.
• Investigating and resolving customer account queries promptly.
• Initiating and managing debt recovery actions, including disconnections and referrals.
• Escalating accounts for further debt recovery action when needed.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve account issues.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and account notes.
• Achieving individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
• General administration and ad hoc duties as required.
