Job summary

Intact Insurance Ireland is seeking a dynamic Product Owner with experience in Commercial Insurance to drive the Commercial Lines Technology Roadmap, translating business priorities into valuable technology outcomes.

Reporting to the Commercial Markets Director, you will bridge business and technology teams, own the backlog, prioritise features, and lead adoption and benefits realisation across underwriting, broker engagement, pricing, and policy administration.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional equivalent in Business, Technology or Insurance.
• 5+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Transformation in Commercial Insurance.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
• Experience delivering change with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the Commercial Lines Technology Roadmap.
• Own and manage the product backlog and prioritise features by business value.
• Bridge business and technology teams to enable faster decision-making and adoption.
• Engage stakeholders regularly to gather feedback and maintain support for change initiatives.
• Lead readiness, communication, and adoption activities to support new processes.
