Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 4 years fund or financial services experience.
• Fund Services knowledge: Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle Office, Custody.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of Fund Administration and Depositary Services for new and existing clients.
• Work with Onboarding, Sales, Operations, Solutions and Relationship Management to ensure timely implementations.
• Prepare and maintain a comprehensive project plan with milestones and resources.
• Lead cross‑functional partners to ensure timely launch/onboarding of new business.
• Conduct regular launch meetings and provide status updates to clients and partners.

The **Client Services Specialist I, Client Implementation** will manage and coordinate the implementation of comprehensive and complex Fund Administration and Depositary Services (“services”) to new and existing clients.
