Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent spoken & written English.
• Complete understanding of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to follow-up & prioritise.

Aufgaben

• Bank reconciliations, electronic payments, and monthly cashflow projections.
• Managing ledgers, balances and reconcile same to monthly supplier statements.
• Preparing VAT returns & liaising with Accountant for end or year accounts.
• Purchase invoice processing.
• Identifying & assigning payments to projects.
• Monitoring emails, opening post and dealing with accounts queries.
• Assisting with general office duties.
• Assisting with credit control.
