Jobgether seeks a meticulous Bookkeeper (US GAAP) to support U.S.-based accounting firms from a remote Ireland location. You will maintain financial records for multiple entities, handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and assist with month-end close while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

The role requires expert QuickBooks Online skills, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently with strict confidentiality and deadlines in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with U.S. accounting conventions and reconciliations.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records for multiple entities.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable and reconcile accounts.
• Perform monthly closings and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare bookkeeping reports and assist with financial statements.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based accounting firms and clients to resolve discrepancies.
