CPL in Shannon, Co. Clare seeks a Technical Records Specialist to join the Technical Services Records team.

You will review and manage aircraft engine documentation, ensuring compliance with OEM and airworthiness standards, while maintaining IT systems and supporting lease-related processes. The role offers a permanent onsite position with a hybrid working model after probation, requiring strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration across stakeholders in a fast-paced aviation

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in aviation records or similar.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance manuals and airworthiness rules.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook required.
• Willingness to travel and undertake training.

Responsabilités

• Review documentation to ensure OEM and airworthiness compliance.
• Maintain and update IT systems like AirVault and AssetTransfer.
• Manage engine lease records and Liabilities tracking.
• Prepare MSD packs and documentation file structures.
• Liaise with lessors, customers and internal teams to close issues.
• Create and manage documentation directories and reports.
