Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting a Technical Records Administrator to join the Engineering Team at our Dublin head office. You will support the continuing airworthiness records for our fleet of 650+ aircraft, ensuring accurate archiving and timely access to records to keep flights running smoothly.

Working with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment, you will develop strong organisational skills, using Word and Excel daily while contributing to regulatory compliance and efficient record-keeping

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good computer literacy with word processing and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort and file maintenance records and store in the archive per procedures.
• Ensure archive is kept in good condition to meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist with requests for records retrieval from the archive.
• Assist with moving records between main and satellite archives.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management; work well in a team.
