Job summary

ASTECH AIR CONDITIONING LIMITED is seeking an organised administrator to support service coordination for HVAC maintenance. You will schedule preventive visits, liaise with customers and engineers, and manage job sheets, POs and records with attention to detail.

You'll handle reactive calls, allocate engineers by location and availability, and assist in preparing quotations and service reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, scheduling or customer service roles.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word; comfortable with service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance visits with customers and engineers.
• Receive, log and prioritise reactive breakdown calls and allocate engineers.
• Raise job sheets and purchase orders per company procedures.
• Maintain service management system records and prepare draft quotations.
• Communicate with customers regarding access, times and updates.
• Support reporting, compliance records and departmental documentation.
