Job summary

Bennet and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an HVAC Service Supervisor in Dublin to oversee the service department, report to the Operations Manager and ensure high standards of service delivery. • Experience in hands-on field roles and using tools.

• Strong administration and IT skills.

Job description

Position: HVAC Service Supervisor

Location: Dublin

Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 Euros plus Company Car or Allowance

Our client is seeking an HVAC Engineer to provide engineering support to the regional client portfolio, including technical and engineering needs. They are a successful HVAC Manufacturer that operates across 65 countries and has been in operation for over 100 years.

They are currently looking for an HVAC Service Supervisor to join their team. The HVAC Service Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HVAC service department. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining PPM compliance, supporting sales activities, and coordinating day-to-day operational requirements.

The day-to-day operations of the department will involve Act as the main client contact, coordinating PPM schedules, engineers, service activities, reporting and documentation to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.

Support sales opportunities by identifying upgrades and repairs, preparing quotes, assisting renewals, and highlighting equipment issues that may lead to commercial proposals.

Position Requirements

• Strong HVAC Technical knowledge - Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Chillers, AHUs,
• Previously held roles working on the tools
• Able to provide technical support to clients and engineers
• Strong administration and IT skills
• Live in and around Dublin

Position Remuneration

• 60,000 - 65,000 Euros
• 23 days holiday plus bank holiday
• Hybrid working
• 35 hour week
• Company Car or Car Allowance 800 euros per month
