Job summary

ICDS Group in Dublin seeks an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a busy team in Damestown. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring work is safe, efficient and to a high standard.

Time-served refrigeration & air conditioning, F-Gas registration and a minimum of 5 years’ post-apprenticeship HVAC experience are required. You will maintain records in the CMMS and collaborate with clients to deliver robust service

Qualifications

• Time-served Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer.
• F-Gas registered.
• Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC service and maintenance.

Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – Damestown

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a busy maintenance team in Damestown, Dublin.

The Role

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repair of a range of HVAC and air conditioning systems, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on Single Splits, VRV/VRF systems, Chillers, AHUs and fans.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and air conditioning faults.
• Respond to reactive call-outs and unscheduled works.
• Maintain accurate records using the company CMMS.
• Work closely with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure all works are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Experience with boilers and boiler house plant is advantageous.
• Familiarity with BMS systems is desirable.
