Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking a Sales Estimator / Administrator to join our growing commercial HVAC team in Navan, Co. Meath. You will prepare quotations, support sales activities and manage technical specifications for heating, cooling and ventilation projects.

The role focuses on customer service, commercial administration and coordinating with suppliers. Training and progression are offered within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in HVAC, heating, cooling or building services is required.
• Experience preparing quotations, estimates or proposals is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the team.
• Keen to develop a long-term career in HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, estimates and technical specifications for HVAC projects.
• Provide commercial and administrative support to sales and commercial teams.
• Assist in developing technical and commercial proposals for heating, cooling and ventilation solutions.
• Support customers with product information, technical guidance and after-sales service.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding pricing and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries and stock.
• Process customer orders and manage project enquiries.
• Review project specifications to ensure accurate quotations.
• Maintain records, quotations and customer information in systems.
• Continue developing product and technical knowledge through training.
