Qualifications

• 4 years’+ experience as a Mechanical Estimator on M&E projects.
• Experience working in Ireland or the UK.
• Proven track record in managing tenders from pricing to final client award.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive tender submissions.
• Conduct assessments for cost-saving opportunities.
• Calculate quantities of materials and labour for projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals for accuracy.
• Engage in supplier negotiations and address tender queries.
