Quinn Downes Group in Clonmel is seeking a Project Manager to lead a mechanical services installation project. You will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, maintain safety standards, and deliver on programme and quality requirements.

The role requires HVAC project management experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. You will report to the Contracts Manager and work closely with design teams to ensure timely commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project according to contract requirements, time limits and quality standards
• Maintain Site Office and Stores to high standard
• Coordinate mechanical services and builders work drawings
• Manage subcontractors and direct staff on site regarding safety and quality
• Attend site and white board meetings to review progress and updates
• Oversee commissioning and testing of mechanical services
• Project closeout actions and decant from site
