Quinn Downes Group in Ireland is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead mechanical services projects from concept to completion. You will manage contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relations while ensuring quality installations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires driving progress claims, managing subcontractors, and supporting continuous improvement. A strong focus on delivering on time and within budget, with a proactive and autonomous approach, is essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC contract management experience.
• Driven to achieve on-time project delivery to high-quality standard.
• Strong business acumen in project planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office programmes.
• Owns a full driver’s licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects per contract requirements, time limits, quality standards and regulations.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule, to specs and budget.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Control field operations costs and gross profit.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and site visits to ensure quality.
