Job summary

Johnson Controls’ Silent Aire team in Ireland is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to commissioning. You will coordinate across Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, and QA/QC to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

You will develop pricing models, set up Autodesk Construction Cloud, and manage budgets and margins. The role requires a strong leader who can drive multi-disciplinary teams across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience delivering high-value projects in construction, M&E, civil or similar industries.
• Experience delivering projects in commercial, data centre, high-tech, healthcare or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record leading multiple teams including sub-contractors to deliver on time and on budget.
• Very well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of projects from pre-sales to commissioning and handover to client.
• Develop pricing models capturing all costs and margins, identifying what is included/excluded.
• Set up and integrate Autodesk Construction Cloud and related processes across the business.
• Collaborate with Design Eng., Manufacturing Eng., Production, Procurement, QA/QC and site teams to optimize delivery.
• Manage project budget and gross margin across the lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, and dates to stay on schedule and budget.
• Foster a collaborative culture and supervise Project Engineers as needed.
• Ensure safe delivery of projects with clear H&S standards and risk management.
