AECOM is hiring an Electrical Engineer in Dublin, Ireland to contribute to HV projects and large-scale grid infrastructure. The position involves responsibilities such as primary plant layouts, providing design input to major projects, and acting as Owners’ Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, experience with HV projects, and be fluent in English. Qualifications
Experience working on HV projects.
Experience with major utilities or developers.
Experience as a designer or project engineer.
Experience developing specifications for substation control systems.
Full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for site visits.
Preferable experience in multi-discipline engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Primary plant layouts for HV substations.
Equipment specifications for HV Plant and associated equipment.
Provide engineering design input to major infrastructure projects.
Act as Owners’ Engineer on HV substation projects.
Provide HV design input to renewable energy projects.
