Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of 220 kV substation projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Manage project risks, scope changes, progress reporting, and documentation.
Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and clients.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance KPIs.
Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors during construction.
Ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
Monitor site progress, construction methodologies, and resource mobilization.
Verify installation and commissioning procedures for 220 kV equipment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
