Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin is seeking an operational SME to join our fast-paced team. The role focuses on on-the-fly coaching, rapid resolution of abusive content, and cross-functional liaison between Quality, Training and Ops. You will advocate for users and drive policy adoption with a strong bias for action.

We require 2+ years in a shared services or BPO environment, fluent Hungarian and English, and permission to work in Ireland. This is a full-time, on-site position with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years moving fast in a shared services or BPO environment.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English.
• Must have valid permission to work in Ireland.
• This role is on-site and not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• On-the-Fly Coaching: provide rapid, real-time support to agents to improve performance.
• Rapid Resolution: investigate user reports and expeditiously address abusive content.
• Connect the Dots: liaise between Quality, Training and Ops to implement new policies.
• Advocate for Users: act with urgency and a bias for action to serve the community.
