Jacksonstone Recruitment Ltd, partnering with a growing Dublin-based organisation, is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a part-time role (3 days per week) on an 11-month contract.

Hybrid working is available after probation. The ideal candidate will bring senior HR generalist expertise, strategic thinking and hands-on delivery across recruitment, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and engagement to support a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• A recognised university degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Proven experience operating at senior HR level, with a strong track record of delivery.
• Broad HR Generalist experience across Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement; strong project management, change management and communication skills.

Jacksonstone are delighted to be partnering with our client, a growing organisation based in Dublin 8, to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) on an initial 11-month contract, with a hybrid working option available following probation.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can bring strong generalist expertise, strategic thinking and a hands‑on approach to a growing team.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have:

• A recognised university degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Proven experience operating at senior HR level, with a strong track record of delivery
• Broad HR Generalist experience across areas including:
• Recruitment & Selection
• Learning & Development
• Performance Management
• Employee Relations
• Employee Engagement
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and programmes simultaneously
• Experience leading and implementing organisational change
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• An energetic leadership style and strong professional presence
• A genuine focus on continuous improvement
• The ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to the development of a high‑performing team
