eTeam is seeking a Product Owner to lead HR Management Systems initiatives onsite in Ireland. You will drive strategic development, implementation, and optimization of Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions to support employees and business goals.

You will translate business requirements into actionable user stories, prioritize the backlog in an Agile environment, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outcomes that improve efficiency and user experience for our HR programs.

Summary

• As a member of the HR Management Systems team, your role will focus on the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of our products and resources.
• You will enhance operational and organizational efficiency, align HR technology and processes with our business goals, and facilitate continuous improvement in Client's user experience for our employees.
• This person should have a background in Workday Talent and Performance Management and serve as a Product Owner within an Agile delivery model, partnering with stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable user stories, and guide delivery teams to achieve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

• The execution of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, program plans for the Annual Review process and execution of our Annual Review cycle.
