AmTrust International Underwriters in Dublin is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with business leaders and provide proactive, commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

You will advise managers on employee relations, performance and talent management, succession planning and change; support workforce planning, reward cycles, recruitment, and the People & Culture Plan.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with strong generalist business partnering experience.
• Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
• Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance and talent management, and succession planning.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and contribute to People & Culture plans.

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders and provide proactive, commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you will help drive people initiatives that support both business performance and employee engagement.

As a trusted advisor to managers, you will provide guidance on employee relations, performance and talent management, succession planning, organisational change and other complex people matters. You will also support key HR activities including workforce planning, reward and performance cycles, recruitment, and the delivery of the People & Culture Plan

A strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, you will help develop and embed best-practice HR policies and processes while contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist business partnering experience and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation. Experience within Financial Services is preferred, with insurance sector experience being a distinct advantage.
