Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a 500-strong business unit across Ireland. The role covers succession, workforce and talent planning, employee relations and performance management. You will advise leadership, manage area HR projects, and ensure policies comply with UK and Ireland law while driving wellness, culture and diversity initiatives. This is a highly commercial, influential position.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner supporting a large business unit.
• Knowledge of succession and workforce planning strategies.
• Experience handling employee relations and performance management at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as advisor to leadership teams on complex HR issues.
• Lead HR projects specific to the area and maintain policies aligned with UK & Ireland legislation.
• Drive wellness, culture, inclusion and diversity initiatives.
• Utilise HR data to support key business decisions.

This well known business leader with operations across the island of Ireland is hiring an experienced HRBP to support a business unit with 500 staff. Supporting on Succession, Workforce and Talent planning, as well as Employee Relations and Performance management. You will be an advisor to your leadership teams, support on particularly complex issues, manage HR projects specific to your area, maintain policies in line with legislation in both the UK and Ireland. Drive wellness, culture, inclusion, and diversity initiatives, and us HR Data to support key business decision making. This is a highly commercial role with measurable impact on performance and profitability.
