Bright Software Group is seeking a CRM/HubSpot Systems Architect for a 12-month contract in Ireland. You will govern the CRM data model, integration architecture, and HubSpot workflows, enabling reliable automation and scalable operations. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with Revenue Operations leadership.

You’ll own data hygiene, properties governance, and onboarding frameworks as Bright scales with AI-enabled product launches, ensuring data integrity and cross-functional alignment.

Formación

• Strong HubSpot architecture and admin experience at enterprise scale.
• Experience designing data models and governance for CRM platforms.
• Ability to work with a dual reporting structure and deliver within a fixed contract term.
• Uses AI tools confidently in day-to-day work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the CRM data model, integration architecture and governance standards for the wider operations team.
• Govern existing HubSpot workflows to reduce sprawl and maintain reliable automation as the system scales.
• Own properties governance and support form creation and lead-scoring governance; support Marketing Ops on HubSpot execution.
