Bright is seeking a CRM/HubSpot Systems Architect for a 12-month contract in Duleek. You will shape how HubSpot is governed, manage data models and integration architecture, and lift the technical capability of the Revenue Operations team.

You will drive data hygiene, workflow governance and onboarding for new business units, with a focus on scalability, reliability and AI-enabled processes.

Formación

• Strong HubSpot architecture and governance experience.
• Experience designing data models for CRM platforms.
• Comfortable with dual reporting lines and proactive communication.
• Able to work independently within a fixed contract term.
• Uses AI tools to enhance day-to-day tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the CRM data model, integration architecture and governance standards.
• Govern HubSpot workflows and maintain reliability as systems scale.
• Own properties governance, lead distribution and routing.
• Oversee middleware, data filters and onboarding for new units onto HubSpot.
• Maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies and deals.
