Job summary

Bright Software Group in Ireland seeks a CRM/HubSpot Systems Architect for a 12-month contract in Duleek. You will shape HubSpot governance, data structure, and integrations to empower Revenue Operations and Marketing Ops.

The role reports to the COO and collaborates with the Director of Revenue Operations to elevate technical capability across the team. The ideal candidate has enterprise-scale HubSpot experience, strong data modeling skills, and a proactive approach to AI-enabled automation and

Qualifications

Enterprise-scale HubSpot architecture and admin experience.
Experience designing CRM data models and governance frameworks.
Able to work in a dual reporting structure with proactive communication.
Comfort using AI tools in daily work and applying them to the job.
Independent work within a fixed contract term.

Responsibilities

Manage the CRM data model, integration architecture and governance standards for HubSpot.
Govern and optimise HubSpot workflows to reduce sprawl as the system scales.
Own properties governance, form creation, and lead-scoring governance; support Marketing Ops on HubSpot execution.
Own middleware, integration data filters and sync troubleshooting; support onboarding for new units.
Maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies and deals; deduplication and enrichment.
Document system architecture, data dictionaries and SOPs; support user training.
Provide hands-on architecture and systems support to the operations team.
Bring broader CRM/commercial-systems experience beyond HubSpot (e.g., Zendesk, ChurnZero).
Build AI workflow infrastructure to support new product launches.
