Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking an experienced Hub Coordinator for Day Services in Tipperary Town. You will provide day-to-day leadership, coordinate staff, and support the Day Service Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports in the community.

The role requires a Level 7 qualification in Social Work or a related field, +3 years in intellectual disability, and a full driving licence. We offer a competitive salary and benefits in a values-led service.

Qualifications

• Level 7 qualification in Social Work, Applied Social Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the intellectual disability sector.
• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.
• Excellent IT and computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff within the hub on a daily basis.
• Promote person-centred practices and support the development of Person-Centred Plans.
• Support planning and delivery of meaningful programmes tailored to individual goals.
