Cpl Group is seeking an experienced Hub Coordinator for Day Services in Tipperary Town. You will provide day-to-day leadership, coordinate staff, and support the Day Service Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports in the community.

The role requires a Level 7 qualification in Social Work or a related field, +3 years in intellectual disability, and a full driving licence. We offer a competitive salary and benefits in a values-led service.

Hub Coordinator - Day Services

Location: Tipperary Town

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-Time (37 hours per week)

Reporting To: Designated Day Service Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Hub Coordinator to join their Day Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled health and social care professional who is passionate about supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives within their communities.

As Hub Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role within the service, supporting the Day Service Manager in the effective coordination and delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports. You will provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to staff while promoting choice, independence, inclusion, and meaningful participation for the people we support.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support staff within the hub on a daily basis.
• Champion person-centred practices and support the development of Person-Centred Plans.
• Promote choice, independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
• Support the planning and delivery of meaningful programmes tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
• Encourage participation in community, social, vocational, and employment opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and stakeholders.
• Support staff supervision, development, and training.
• Assist with the day-to-day operation and coordination of the service.
• Contribute to service innovation, quality improvement, and best practice.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and New Directions standards.

• Previous supervisory or management experience within health or social care services.
• Train-the-Trainer qualification or equivalent.
