Cpl Healthcare in Ireland is seeking a Hub Coordinator for Day Services in Tipperary Town. You’ll lead and support the hub, champion person-centred practices, and work with staff, families and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, inclusive supports.

The role requires a Level 7 qualification in Social Work or related, at least 3 years’ experience in intellectual disability services, and strong IT skills with a clean driving licence. Permanent, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 7 qualification in Social Work or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the intellectual disability sector.
• Excellent IT and computer literacy skills.
• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.

• Lead and support staff within the hub on a daily basis.
• Champion person-centred practices and support development of Person-Centred Plans.
• Promote choice, independence, dignity and community inclusion.
• Plan and deliver meaningful programmes tailored to individual goals.
• Encourage participation in community, social, vocational and employment opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and stakeholders.
• Support staff supervision, development and training.
• Assist with day-to-day operation and coordination of the service.
